All initial prices provided online are estimated quotes and are subject to final adjustment based on CAD shop drawings, material availability, and sea freight logistics variables.

2.2 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site, including product page text, descriptions, high-definition stone countertop installation photographs, product catalog downloads, and custom technical specification tables, belongs entirely to our company. You may not copy, download for commercial resale, or re-upload our proprietary manufacturing images without our explicit written consent.

2.3 Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure that all technical metrics, stone descriptions, and cabinet sizing models are entirely precise, raw natural materials (such as marble) naturally contain subtle color shifts. We are not legally liable for any minor aesthetic variances that arise from organic quarry materials. Furthermore, we are not liable for installation failures caused by inaccurate structural measurements submitted by the buyer.
